InfraScope Group Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17243302. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England EC2A 4NQ.
For privacy questions or requests, email hello@infrascope.uk.
2. Who this notice covers
This notice applies to website visitors, people who contact us, prospective and current clients, candidates and other professional contacts whose information we handle in connection with our Recruitment, Advisory and Intelligence work.
3. Information we collect
Depending on our relationship with you, we may collect:
- identity and contact details;
- professional and employment information, including a CV, experience, qualifications, role preferences, location, remuneration expectations and work eligibility where relevant;
- information contained in enquiries, correspondence and meeting notes;
- client, supplier and business-relationship records;
- limited technical and security information generated when you use our website.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information—such as health information, ethnicity, religious beliefs or details of criminal convictions—unless we have specifically requested it and explained why it is needed.
4. Where information comes from
We obtain information directly from you and, where appropriate, from clients, employers, referrals, service providers and public professional sources such as corporate websites and professional networking platforms.
5. How and why we use information
We use personal information only where we have a lawful basis. Our principal purposes and bases are:
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to enquiries and taking steps requested before a contract | Contract and legitimate interests |
| Providing recruitment, search and talent-matching services | Contract and legitimate interests in operating our specialist practice |
| Delivering Advisory and Intelligence work and managing professional relationships | Contract and legitimate interests |
| Administration, security, record-keeping and protecting legal rights | Legal obligation and legitimate interests |
| Relevant business communications | Consent where required, or legitimate interests where permitted; you may opt out at any time |
We do not make decisions about you using solely automated processing where those decisions would have legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Who we share information with
We may share information with clients or prospective employers where appropriate and authorised; technology, hosting and professional-service providers acting for us; advisers, regulators or law-enforcement bodies where required; and a purchaser or successor in connection with a genuine business transaction.
Website enquiry forms use FormSubmit to process your submission and deliver it to our email inbox. FormSubmit receives the details you enter and uses spam-protection checks when you submit. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry.
We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, and apply any further protections required by law.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements. Enquiry, candidate and professional-contact records are reviewed and are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless an active relationship, a longer legal requirement or another justified reason applies. Contract, tax and accounting records may be retained for up to six years. Minimal suppression records may be retained so that we can honour an opt-out.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your information, and to receive certain information in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
To exercise a right, email hello@infrascope.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The latest version will always appear on this page with its revision date.
